Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All Twilight Trinkets books, guides, and journals are digital PDF downloads.

Because digital products can't be returned, we don't offer refunds once you've opened or started downloading your purchase.

If you have any trouble opening or downloading your PDF, simply contact us through our Contact page. We'll make sure you can access your purchase.

For UK and EU customers only, the 14-day cancellation period ends once you open or start downloading your PDF after agreeing to immediate access.
